I've been researching and editing further since Christmas, and @russwillis and @derrygriffin have produced some great artwork. As soon as I approve the proof copy from the printer we'll be ready for a relaunch of the book. I am very sorry that you have not been able to buy copies, but we think everyone will be much happier with the new version! "I have credited ideas to the earliest posting I've found of them, and I apologize to other people who came up with the same idea later. No research engine is perfect; I used several, combined with written records, for determining first use, and have included here the best jokes of those people who gave me permission and contact addresses. There are lots more jokes and threads out there! Please send me a link to your dated tweet if you believe you came up with one of these jokes before the date listed in the book.If you were in the earlier version of the book but don't see your name now, please give me your permission and a contact address. There may be further rewrites :)"
