Thanks for all the great messages from everyone enjoying a copy of the book. Am still trying to convert the file for ebook format, which is tricky because it is not continuous text, it has 2 columns, and there are a lot of pictures.
I'll be away for 2 weeks in the U.K. without internet (no smartphone, one week at a family reunion at niece's yurt farm in Wales), but when I get back home mid-August I'll figure it out.
