*In case you were wondering about the previous version of the book, which had more people included but fewer jokes and pictures, even though you'd been able to look at it online since January it was on the market (purchaseable) for only a few days and raised $9.54, not enough profit for Amazon to send to me. I mailed free copies to anyone in the book who gave me contact information, and have plenty more of the first version here which I won't sell, so if you were in it and would like more copies let me know! (*please send shipping for these extras if I already sent you one copy of it.)
